Supply and maintenance of cleaning fountains

Complete service provision for cleaning fountains. The service provider must be able to supply, maintain, supply and treat the soiled products of these cleaning fountains mainly for mechanical parts and spray gunspaint over a period of 3 years with the possibility of extension of 1 year 1 year

Supply and maintenance of cleaning fountains. The quantity planned for the whole of the national territory is about 625 equipments. The quantity indicated is given for information only.

Applicants must attach to their application formthe following documents and information (In the case of a group application, each of the documents required below must be sent by each member of the group): - - justify the legal existence of the undertaking, with the number of registration in the Register of Commerce and Companies (or equivalent),

- the printed DC1 title duly complete,

When candidates want to assert the capacities of others economic operators, they must justify the capabilities of these operators as well as the fact that they will dispose of them for the execution of the market.

The candidates must join to their act of candidature the following documents and information (In the case of a group application, each of the documents required below must be sent by each member of the group):

- a statement indicating, for each of the last 3 years available, the figure of overall annual business and the turnover in supplies, services or works covered by the contract,

- ucopy of the last balance sheet, or extracts from balance sheets, economic operators for which the establishment of the balance sheets is obligatory under the law,

- an appropriate declaration of banks or proof of an insurance for the occupational risks,

- the where applicable, a description of the consistency of the financial relationship between the subsidiary and the parent company, the relationship of membership of such group.

The buying entity develops online consultations, by electronic means. The electronic contact details of the representative authorized to bid at the present consultation must be mentioned in the application form.

Examination of variants is subject to the submission of a basic offer in accordance with the specifications.

The supplies are subject to approval by SNCF Reseau and / or SNCF Mobilites.

The candidate agrees to set up a distribution network throughout the French territory.
