Bostads AB Poseidon`s template with this contract is to sign an agreement per sub-area with a contractor who has sufficient capacity and expertise to apply for a contract. quickly, smoothly, technically and financially optimally executed to perform service and oversight in the order book of the ordering order.a dedicated staff can perform service work on elevators. B therefore needs external help to obtain service and oversight as well as to remedy emergency problems in order to avoid unforeseen damages or to jeopardize the tenants` legitimate requirements for comfort and service.is in this procurement a separate sub-area that is evaluated separately. In total Bostads AB Poseidon intends to sign eight (8) contracts, one for each district.
