Service for the maintenance of the air conditioning system and pneumatic waste transport system of Alicante-Elche Airport

The service will consist mainly of:

Main Site: Alicante-Elche Airport Units.

The service will consist mainly of:

- Operation, maintenance servicesPreventive, corrective, predictive and legal systems of air conditioning and ventilation, Pneumatic Waste Collection System (hereinafter SNR), compressors and Sanitary Hot Water of the Airport (ACS), cold storage rooms (PIF cameras),

- Modifying maintenance or minor improvements in the mentioned systems,

- Service in as many activities of the Airport haveinterface with some of the systems mentioned above,

- Cleaning of all the elements that make up the systems.

The purpose of the service is to ensure the correct and continuous operation of the installation or equipment to be maintained, for which the winning company will provide the necessary human and material resources to provide the service.

It may be accredited, interchangeably, by any of the following means, as indicated in clause 12 of the specifications:

a) Accreditation certificate issued by the Official Registry of Bidders and Classified Companies of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, in original or copy, of having the following classification: group P, subgroup 3, category 2;

b) Other means of accreditation: in the case of companies and entrepreneurs, the recOwn courses linked to equity, should be at least 20% of the estimated average value of the contract. 20% of the estimated average value of the contract is 57 360 EUR.
