CPV Description: The purpose of this notice is to establish a framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum and maximum amount for the performance of multi-technical services for the operation, maintenance and repair of RATP 2020 multi-technical services. maintenance, control and management of RATP's headquarters building equipmentand Serre Meteor (Lot E), under management mandate RATP Real Estate, a subsidiary of RATP.

For informational purposes, the lump-sum services relating to fire correspond to level 1 to level 3 maintenance. Level 4 to 5 maintenance services will be carried out excluding fixed price, on estimate.

For the execution of the framework agreement, the holder must be able to assure the services of maintenance fire niveau 1 to 5, either directly or through an external company (subcontracting, co-contracting).

The services concern 2 sites located in Ile-de-France (the head office of the RATP and the Serre Meteor) For information purposes, the estimated total area of these two sites is about 90 000 m. This value is communicated for informational purposes and is not contractual.

In the context of this market, the candidate has the opportunity to work in co-contracting or subcontracting with a company of the protected and adapted labor sector (EA or ESAT) or the sector of the insertion by the economic activity (EI, ETTi, AI, ACI ).
