Framework contract for project managers and specialists in mobile rail communication (MBK)

- the objective of the mandates is to ensure success technical projects or sub-projects within the Telecom business unit of SBB AG in different regions of Switzerland;

Gen project managereral MBK.

- annex 1 completed and signed by proposed lot;

- annex 4 declaration on honor in matters of work protection.

- conditions for countries which have not acceded to WTO agreements: none;

- conditions governing the procedure: the contracting authority awards public contracts for services in Switzerland only to contractors who guarantee compliance with the provisions on worker protection, working conditions and equal pay between men and women;

- other information: under Article 36, paragraph 2, let. h OMP, CFF SA reserves the right to award similar contracts related to this basic market. In the current situation linked to the coronavirus, the SBB AG wishes to emphasize that this call for tenders is used as a basis for new needs or for the replacement of expiring contracts. In no case is it a substitute tender for services or othernot honored;

- indication of the means of appeal:

—— in accordance with article 30 LMP, the present publication can be attacked, within 20 days as from its notification, near the federal administrative court, post office box, 9023 St. Gallen;

- the appeal brief, to be presented in two copies, will indicate the conclusions, grounds and means of proof and will bear the signature ofthe appellant or his representative; A copy of this publication and the documents invoked as evidence, when available, will be attached to it.

- closing deadline for the submission of offers / remarks: the deadline for submission must be respected (postmark authentic);

- the offer must be submitted or sent by registered mail to the address given abovet;

- remarks (deadline for asking questions in writing): questions relating to the tender dossier must be submitted in writing on the website www.simap.ch - in the section, at the latest the last day set for questions;
