Appel a demandes de participation — renovation du four 1 et du traitement des fumees de l`UVE de Virginal

Reference Number : VIR 04 2020

Le marche concerne la premiere renovation phase of the UVE and is divided into two lots:

Main Site: Virginal, Rue de Tubize 16 at 1460 Virginal-Samme.

The services of lot 1 include:

- the replacement of the existing tube walls of the post combustion;

- the improvement of the cooling of the combustion chamber by the installation of tube walls at the level of the combustion chamber;

- the complete redefinition of therefractory lining of the combustion and post-combustion zones;

- combustion regulation;

- replacement of conveyors, in particular the minnow conveyors which must be subject to functional optimization.

These services will be provided during a stop on line 1 which must (minimum requirement) be six to ten weeks maximum; this stop of theigne 1 would ideally be before July 2021.

The ESPD, by which the economic operator declares that he is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in articles 67 to 69 of the law of 17.6.2016.

Le DUME, by which the economic operator declares that he satisfies the following selection criteria:

1) Only for lot 1: to be selected, the candidate must have a numberannual business fre over the last three years;

2) Only for lot 2: to be selected, the candidate must have an annual turnover for the last three years.
