The subject of the public procurement provides for the implementation of a Guaranteed Performance Contract (ESCO contract) with the subject "Introducing energy efficient measures for the needs of Water Supply and Sewerage Ltd. - Stara Zagorapa "to allow energy savings of 798, 642 MWh per year and carbon savings of 654, 12 tCO / year, according to the Energy Efficiency Audit Report, for which the Energy Saving Contractor is committed to ensuring of the contracting authority under this contract for a period of 120 months from the introduction of the envisaged energy

Main Site: The place of performance of the contract is WWTP - Stara Zagora.

The subject of the public procurement envisages the implementation of a Guaranteed Results Contract (ESCO contract) with the subject "Introduction of energy efficient measures for the needs of" Water Supply and Sewerage Ltd. - Stara Zagora, which will allow to achieve energy savings of 798, 642 MWh for a year and withcarbon savings of 654.12 tCO / year. According to the Energy Efficiency Audit Report, for which energy savings the contractor undertakes to guarantee the contracting authority under this contract for a period of 120 months from the implementation of the envisaged energy efficient measures.

"Water Supply and Sewerage" Ltd. - Stara Zagora has prepared a `Report hand the Energy Efficiency Survey of the WWTP - Stara Zagora ", which is attached to this contract.

The following energy-efficient measures are envisaged:

- ESM 1" Supply, installation and commissioning of a system to achieve elec "Energy by Optimizing the Quality of Electricity",

- ECM 2 "Replacing the District Lighting in the WWTP - c.Stara Zagora ",

- ESM 3" Installation of photovoltaic system for own production of electricity ".

The maximum time limit for implementation of all activities envisaged under this public procurement is 132 months.

On the basis of Art. 60 of the PPA the participants should be persons - traders within the meaning of the Commercial Law or the legislation of a Member State of the European Union.the Union, or any other State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, or the Swiss Confederation, with an object of activity involving the performance of services under guaranteed performance contracts - ESCO services pursuant to Art. 72, para. 2 of the EEA.

When submitting the bid, the tenderer declares compliance with the selection criterion by completing part IV of the Selection Criterion, point ADeclaration of Conformity by the EDPS by declaring these circumstances.

A person or persons from a Member State of the European Union or another State Party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, or the Swiss Confederation submits a declaration or certificate of proving compliance with the requirement of

Subcontractors who will perform the activity of performing services underGuaranteed Output Contracts - ESCO Services, as well as those partners in a non-UPL entity, but under the Merger Agreement, will perform the activity of performing Outstanding Contract Services - ESCO Services, should also be merchants within the meaning of the Commercial law or within the meaning of the law of a Member State of the European Union or of another State - pana under the Agreement on the European Economic Area, or the Swiss Confederation, with an object of activity involving the performance of services under guaranteed performance contracts - ESCO services, pursuant to Art. 72, para. 2 of the EEA.

In the cases of Art. 67, para. 5 and Art. 112, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Law document for proving compliance with the set selection criterion e: extract from the Commercial Register for Cothe socially-owned company with an activity involving the performance of services under guaranteed performance contracts - ESCO services, pursuant to Art. 72, para. 2 of EEA or equivalent.
