Medical equipments.

Maintenance of equipment for echography, nuclear medicine, monitoring, ventilation and endoscopy, anesthesia and resuscitation

Reference Number: 2019-099

The purpose of this consultation is to: object maintenance of the equipment of echography, nuclear medicine, monitoring, ventilation, endoscopy, anesthesia and reanimation. The framework agreement consists of 14 lots for potential beneficiaries within the meaning of the SCC. It passes through the RESAH acting as a contractual intermediate purchasing center within the meaning of Article L. 2113-2 point 2) of the Public Order Code. For each lot, the framework agreement does not fix all the stipulations and gives rise to the conclusion of subsequent marches executed at theyen of purchase orders by the beneficiaries. For each lot, the framework agreement is concluded with no minimum or maximum in quantity or value. The services are carried out in metropolitan France (including Corsica) and in the DROM-COM (PSEF)

Maintenance of the equipment of echography and nuclear medicine of mark GE.

The candydat produces the following documents and / or information:

- a letter of application drawn from the form DC1 provided in the file, duly informed by the candidate,

- the declaration of the candidate established from the form DC2 provided in the file, duly informed by the candidate,

- the powers of the person authorized to engage the company (statutes of the company, extract k-bisand / or delegation of power given to the signatory by a person authorized to legally represent the legal person ...),
