Maintenance of Dressta-TD 25R Extra Bulldozers

Maintenance and Extension of the Operational Resource Coverage Plan and Repair, if necessary (Out of Machine Maintenance) bulldozers Dressta-TD 25R Extra, owned by the company, with serial numbers specified in the technical specificationorder. All the requirements and conditions for the execution of the order are specified in the technical specification published in the electronic file of the order.

Main Site: By locating the bulldozers on the territory of the respective mine: Troyanovo-1 mine, Troyanovo, Troyanovo- North ", Kovachevo village, Troyanovo-3 mine, Mednikarovo village

Maintenance and extension of the poker plan(excluding maintenance) of 10 Dressta-TD 25R Extra bulldozers, owned by the company, with the serial numbers specified in the technical specification of the order

Volume of activities: the maintenance of each machine shall be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer`s instructions and the periodicity specified in paragraph 6.2but the technical specification. As a result of the maintenance of the bulldozers, the plan for covering the operating resource of each machine is extended. Repairs, if necessary, including replacement of spare parts and consumables that are not subject to maintenance and not included in the Extended Life Cycle Coverage Plan

Extension of the Service Coverage PlanThe Dressta-TD 25R Extra bulldozer resource must be up to 3 years from the date of delivery of the bulldozer to the purchaser`s warehouse or up to 6, 000 hours (whichever occurs sooner). of the extension of the extended operational life plan, the contractor shall perform at the expense of the contracting authority maintenance, in accordance with the requirements ofthe factory is the producer of the machines for their placement

The maximum contract value is BGN 1 200 000 excluding VAT. This value includes:

1. maintenance of machines; extended coverage plan for the operational resource of each machine; the value of spare parts and consumables not included in the Extended Operational Resource Cover Planif necessary (Table 3 of the Technical Specification); transport costs and repair work value beyond points 1 and 2.

Mode of implementation: the assignor notifies the contractor in writing of the need for maintenance of the machine concerned. Term of appearance of the contractor`s representative (s) and maintenance: Up to 3 working days after receiptnotification. Duration for removal of the technical failure within the extended operational lifetime coverage plan: up to 30 business days from the date of receipt of the written notification to the contractor of the malfunction. Period for repair, if necessary, including replacement of spare parts and consumables not covered by the technical serviceare and are not included in the Extended Operational Resource Cover Plan: up to 30 working days from the date of receipt of the written notice to the contractor

Requirements for "Proposition for the execution of the order"(technical offer): the participants are authorized by the bulldozer manufacturer to service and maintain Dressta bulldozers. It shall be evidenced by a certified copy of an Authorization Letter (or other document) by the Bulldozer Manufacturer that the Participant is authorized to service and maintain the Dressta Bulldozers.The document shall be submitted in the Technical Offer accompanied by aAll decisions, notices and explanations of this procedure will be published in the buyer profile in the electronic file of this order. Decisions to close the procedure shall be sent in accordance with Art. 43, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act. Where the decision has not been received by the participant in any of the ways specified in Art. 43, para. 2, the assignor shall publish a message tohim in the buyer profile. The decision is deemed served as of the date of publication of the message
