The object of the order is to provide maintenance services, minor repairs and removal of breakdowns in the carpentry, locksmith and glass industries, which is understood as technical maintenance of real estate in the provision of services to ensure permanent maintenance of buildings premises located in these buildings, managementmanaged and administered by the Board of Municipal Public Stocks Społka z o.o. and communal premises, located in the common housing buildings owned by the Board of Municipal Public Stocks Społka z o.o.

Contractors who are not subject to exclusion from the proceedings for the award of a contract pursuant to Art. 24 sec. 1 and 24 para. 5Act. 15.4. According to art. 25a para. 1 and 2 Pzp to the offer, the Contractor shall attach a statement valid as at the day of submitting bids in the scope indicated by the Ordering Party in the contract notice or in the relevant terms of the order in the form of the Single European Order Document (hereinafter referred to as the "single document" - EAT Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference) The contractor prepares an electrical documentranging, filling out the EAT with the ESPD tool or other available tools or software. The Contractor is obliged to submit an E-mail in an electronic form with a qualified electronic signature. The information contained in the single document of EED is a preliminary confirmation that the contractor is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
