Framework agreement for delivery of cargo services to the ATP

The ATP Group must enter into a Framework Agreement for the delivery of cargo work, where the Framework Agreement is divided into 5 sub-agreements. The selected suppliers must be able to deliver to all ATP Group's locations, which are located 7 places in Denmark: Hiller0d, Aller0d, Liller0d (Partial agreement 5), Vordingborg (Delaftale 4), Haderslev (Partial agreement 3), Holstebro (Partial agreement 2) and Frederikshavn (Partial agreement 1).

The ATP Group shall enter into a Framework Agreement for the provision of dry work, in which the Framework Agreement is divided into five sub-agreements. The selected suppliers must be able to deliver to all ATP Group's locations, which are located 7 places in Denmark: Hiller0d, Aller0d, Liller0d (Partial agreement 5), Vordingborg (Partial agreement 4), Haderslev (Delafspeech 3), Holstebro (Partial agreement 2) and Frederikshavn (Partial agreement 1).

The dry work includes customary, dry drying work such as the erection and dismantling of plaster walls, the insertion of doors and the installation of ceilings and acoustic panels, etc. The work must be carried out by trained carpenters and carpenters with letters of departure and, to a limited extent, by the apprentices.n For few hours to solve urgent tasks.

This is a framework agreement with a term of 4 years without the possibility of extension. The framework agreement contains some social clauses on working conditions and social responsibility.

The bidder must disclose the company's average equity in the last 3 completed financial years. Tenderer's average equity in the last 3 completed accountsr must be positive. The bidder is required to have a professional liability insurance covering damage to property, personal and product damage to at least DKK 2, 000, 000.
