Outrigger sheltermaintenance and maintenance of air conditioners, annual prophylactic inspection, prophylaxis upon request from the client, current / emergency repair and replacement of spare parts. For lot 1 "Out-of-warranty maintenance and servicing of air conditioners with a refrigerant content of up to 3 kg", the contracting authority does not impose requirements on the fitness for use-and pursuit of a particular professional activity. For lot 2 "HVAC and air-conditioning systems with a refrigerant content exceeding 3 kg", the participants should have the right to perform maintenance, maintenance and repair of HVAC and air-conditioning systems according to Article 17b, para 2 of the Law for the Purity of the Ambient Air, issued by Reto art. 17b, para. 3 of the same law. Compliance with the requirement under item 22 declares the participant in Part IV, point A of EEDOP, indicating information on the existence of a certificate issued by the Bulgarian Branch Chamber - machine building for the performance of service and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning installations containing more than 3 kg fluorinated greenhouse gases, issued on the grounds of Art. 17b, para. 2 of the Hthe clean air of the air in relation to Art. 10 -6 of Regulation (EC) 517/2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases and in connection with Art. 7, Ordinance No. 1 of 17 February 2017 on the Procedure and Method of Training and Issuance of Licensing Documents of Persons Performing Activities with Equipment Containing Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases as well as for the Documentation and Reporting of Fluorospheric Emissionsgreenhouse gases. The document demonstrating the requirement under item 22 is a copy of a valid certificate issued by the Bulgarian Chamber of Industry - Machine Building for the performance of service and maintenance of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems containing fluorinated greenhouse gases over 3 kg. Evidence shall be submitted in accordance with Art. 67, para. 5 and 6 of the Public Procurement Act-requirements for the economic and financial status of the participants. For the participants in the procedure, the grounds for elimination referred to in Art. 54, para. 1, item 1, item 2, item 3, item 4, item 5, item 6 and item 7 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 and item 4 of the Public Procurement Act. Participants should not be subject to the prohibitions in Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations with Companies Act, registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners, as well as Art. 69 of the Law on Counteracting Corruption and for Removal of Illegally Acquired Property (PKONPI). According to Art. 67, para. 1 of the PPA when submitting a tender the participant declares compliance with the selection criteria and the lack of grounds for elimination through thedeployment of EEDOP. Documents demonstrating the information specified in EEDOP may be required additionally under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. According to Art. 67, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act before the conclusion of a public procurement contract, the contracting authority shall require the participant designated as a contractor to present up-to-date documents certifying the lack of the grounds for removal from the procedureas well as compliance with the selection criteria set. Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any. The performance guarantee is 3% of the estimated value of the order without VAT included. The guarantee is presented in one of the following forms: - cash amount, - bank guarantee, - insurance covering performance by covering the responsecontractor.
