The purpose of the contract is the appointment of a service provider who will be in charge of the maintenance and the assistance of the repair of the buildings of the agency.
The aim of the market is the designation of a service provider who will be in charge of-maintenance and assistance in repairing the buildings of the agency.
The fields of application concerned are included in the technical specifications of the present special specifications.
The contract will have a duration of 3 years as from 2.4.2019
The market will be renewed once for a period of 1 year, unless denunciation by one of the parties notified by registered letter to the poat least 6 months before the end of the 3-year period.
The service will be provided on a continuous basis.
The present contract does not affect the possibility for the Agency to use another service provider for one-off missions, without exclusivity for the successful tenderer of this contract.
Proof of approval in category P1 and the registration of the contractor in class 1.
1) an annual turnover in the field of activity concerned by this contract (maintenance and assistance services for the repair of buildings), of at least 500 000, 00 EUR excluding VAT for the last 3 years available in function the date of the creation of the business or the beginning of the business of the economic operator, to the extent that the information on these turnover figures is-available;
2) underwriting insurance cover against occupational risks for a minimum amount of EUR 100, 000.00 excl. VAT per claim.
