Object of the market: The market consists of the technical maintenance of a 46 000 m hospital.

Place of services: CHIREC, site of the hospital of Braine l'Alleud-Waterloo rue Wayez 35 1420 Braine L'Alleud.

The market consists of a single lot to allow the contractor to have a sufficient volume of activity to have a permanence on site.electrical installations, HVAC, sanitary and medical gases (vacuum pump and air compressed medical.

8 years of maintenance of the installations, in whole or in part in total guarantee.

By maintenance, we mean, maintenance, preventive and if necessary, omnium as well as the follow-up and the optimization of the installations and the depannages

Duration of the market

The market is concluded for a duration of maximum 8 years, in derogation of article 57 of the law of 17.6.2016.

The tenderer produces the Single European Market Document, which consists of a clean discounted declaration of honor which is accepted by the contracting authority as proof precedence instead of documents or certificates issued by public authorities or third parties to confirm that the candidate is:

1)is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the Law of 17.6.2016;

2) meets the applicable selection criteria established in accordance with Article 71 of the Law of 17.6. .2016.

The DUME, by which the tenderer declares that he satisfies the following selection criteria:

1) A statement concerning the overall turnover and the number ofin the business area covered by the market for the last 3 financial years available on the basis of the date of the creation or the beginning of the activities of the tenderer.

2) A certificate of insurance cover for occupational risks and of operations related to the field of activity covered by the contract and any other insurance required by this contract.-annual accounts for the last 3 years preceding the opening of the tenders

Visit of the required site and not to participate in the visit of the site gives rise to the invalidity of the tender:

6.9.2018 to 10.00

The tenderer is required to to visit the premises. This visit is obligatory on pain of nullity.

The visit will be carried out a priori on September 6, 2018 at 10: 00.

In case thisthe date would not suit you, we remain at your disposal to organize another visit at a later date.

The tenderer will communicate, at the latest on 4.9.2018 at 16:00 by email to the address mp@chirec.be the name and function of the person (s) he / she will delegate to the site visit (maximum 3 persons per company)

The tenderer is required to add the certificate of visite of the places (annex 3) correctly completed in annex of its offer.
