Property management services, basket 2

The property services to be acquired are targeted at a part of the property management business managed by the City of Helsinki City Complex. The destinations are located in Helsinki. The destinations are listed in the tender forms (Annexes 6a and 6b). A service contract will be mademaeaen with one (1) provider.

Description of the factory workspace and their bell-sticks covered by the agreement are described in more detail in the Service Descrip- tion to Appendix 1 to the call for tenders.The factory mills and their bellows stalls are described in more detail in the site-specific maintenance manuals. The service book is in continuous circulation and its service life. The service book contains the confidential material of the business area of the City of Helsinki Urban Environment. Checks in the service book will be handed over to the signed business secrecy commitment (call for tendersen Annex 4). Submit a signed and signed secrecy obligation to the superstructure of the City of Helsinki Urban Environment Department at the kymp.yllapito@hel.fi and indicate where you want the link and logs to be delivered to the sawdust service book. The service provider is responsible for the accuracy of the sawdustuntuottaja. Saheepepoint can be requested to write property management services, basket 2 confidentiality commitment.

A confidentiality commitment must be signed by a person / person who has a legitimate legitimacy on the company's trade register.
