Repair of fixed and mobile mechanical equipment, Waste Transfer Station.

The subject of the contract is the provision of repair services for the mechanical equipment of both the stationary (compressor assembly) and the mobile equipment (vehicles - refuse bins), the Northwest Waste Shipment Station(Thessaloniki Efkarpia), by specialized personnel of the contractor, to cover the needs of the Regional Association of Solid Waste Management Institutions (FODS) of Central Macedonia. The necessary spare parts that will arise during maintenance work are included in the cost of the budget. Efkarpia, -Municipality of Pavlos Melas, Municipal Community: N. Efkarpia, Position: parcel 392 and contractor's contractors' contracts. This service assignment is aimed at covering the exceptional repair needs of all vehicles and machines of the fixed compression / equipment (vehicles - refuse bins), as well as all those parts of the Transhipment Station-Waste of the Northwest Thessaloniki Municipality of Thessaloniki, taking into account the provisions of Law 4412/2016, as well as of the Min. 3373/390 / 20.3.75. The fleet of vehicles and machinery at the Northwestern Thessaloniki Prefecture's Landfill Station includes hook-type trucks, refuse bins, compressors and refuse disposal systemviruses. The total indicative budget of one category includes spare parts (eg, disc, plateau, rollers, pumps, consumables, belts, friction tiles, discs, oil-lubricants, etc.) to be used by the contractor in any vehicle repair, machine or mechanical part (eg dynamo, engine, gearbox, differential, hydraulic cylinder, refrigerator, fuel pump, dynamocell, rollers, etc.). The estimated value of the contract amounts to € 1, 240, 000.00 for 2 years, including VAT 24% (budget excluding VAT: € 1, 000, 000.00 VAT: € 240, 000.00) plus an option of 500, 000, 00 EUR, for 1 year. The total budget is EUR 1 500 000 plus VAT. or EUR 1 860 000.00, VAT included. 24% for 2 plus 1 years, -including economic option.

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity relevant to the subject matter of the service. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of theregisters kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement are set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SIC. or in third countries which do not fall under the previous indent and have a contractbilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures are required to be registered in appropriate professional or commercial registers.
