Renovation of used fixed - mobile fins of the N / A, Νο 11 and 12 Ansaldo type V64.3, Chania.

The object of the service provision is the renovation of fixed and movable fins of the 11th and 12th HST gas turbines. Chania. The AHS Chania is 4 km away. east of the city of Chania, Crete. The gas turbines arebuilt by Ansaldo, type V64.3, with a capacity of 60 MW each. In particular, service provision includes rejuvenation by special finning techniques, most of which have been extended over two life cycles, have been removed from the gas turbines during the previous C-type General Inspection and are not reuseaccording to the manufacturer of gas turbines. All the above spare parts are originals (original), manufactured by Ansaldo.

Provision of refurbishment services for fixed and mobile fins of gas turbines No 11 and 12 of the HNS. Chania. The gas turbines are manufactured by Ansaldo, type V64.3, each with a capacity of 60 MW each. Service provision includes whetherrejuvenation by means of special blade heat treatment techniques, most of which have completed their service life (2 cycles), have been removed from the gas turbines during the previous C-type General Inspection and are not reusable, according to the manufacturer of the gas turbines. All of the above spare parts are original, originalmanufactured by Ansaldo. Gas turbines operate in a cyclic manner (hours / starts). The regeneration works will be carried out at the contractor's premises and include: (a) non-destructive on-site inspection of all spare parts. On the basis of the findings of this inspection, the contractor will proceed with the evaluation of spare parts in repairsor not. The results of the inspection will be communicated to the PPC, with the publication of a detailed Inspection Report, for each type of spare part. (B) destructive testing of a spare part per set for microscopic inspection of the condition of the material. Disastrous testing will take place after the Inspection Report has been issued and selected-(c) the repair of spare parts which have been declared repairable to enable them to recommence a cycle (25, 000 ECU). After the completion of the regeneration work, the Contractor will proceed with the Final Rejuvenation Report.

The duration of each phase as mentioned aboveradishes, estimated at a maximum of:

a) Delivery Inspection Reports: 3 months from the date of signing the contract.

b) completed destructive testing and delivery of the Report destructive inspection findings: four weeks from receipt of written confirmation from the Forum. E.H., to select the fins to be destroyed.

C.1) Complete the repair work withset from each series of fixed-movable fins: By the end of September 2019 at the latest. The date of completion of the work will take the date of arrival of the materials at the premises of the HH. Chania.

C.2) Completion of repair work of the remaining set of fixed - mobile fins: By the end of February 2020 at the latest. The date of completion of the workviruses, the date of arrival of the materials will be taken at the premises of the HH. Transportation of all used spare parts from the premises of HH. Chania, at the premises of the Contractor and the transportation of the repaired spare parts back to the HH. Chania, will be performed at the Contractor's responsibility and expense. The Contractor should also return all non-repairable itemsspare parts as well as those that have been subjected to destructive testing.

All repaired spare parts will be warranted for: 25, 000EUR or 3 years after the date of delivery, whichever is the earlier. Inspection Reports show that it is not possible to completely regenerate a set of fins. Chania reserves the right to either asend additional blades to his warehouse for inspection and repair to complete the necessary kit or stop the repair process.

All interested economic operators (natural or legal persons or partnerships / associations thereof), who are established in:

a) a member state of the European Union (EU) or

(b) a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA); or (c) third countries that have signed and ratified the Government Procurement Agreement (SRA); Government Procurement Agreement (GPA) of the World Trade Organization (WTO), to the extent that the contract to be awarded is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5 and the General Notes relating to Annex I above(GPA) or (d) third countries which do not fall under these circumstances and have concluded a bilateral or multilateral agreement with the EU on procurement procedures and fully meet all the requirements of this Article. or a legal person, and in the case of a partnership / association of persons, each of its members is registered in the relevant professional or-commercial registers held in Greece or in their country of establishment for professional activity related to the subject of the contract
