The tender relates to the reception and treatment of impregnated wood (A4) from Reno Djurs I / S.

Reno Djurs I / S collects outdoor wood from recycling stations in the 2 municipalities and from varietiesplant in Glatved, a total of 8 recycling stations and 1 sorting plant. The A4 tree is therefore mainly collected at the recycling sites in Norddjurs and Syddjurs Kommuner as well as from our sorting plant in Glatved.

Reno Djurs I / S or Reno Djurs I / S `transport contractors are responsible for the transport to the tenderer`s receiving facility. .

Quantities can vary considerably from year to year and from month to month, including as a result of fluctuations in the number of companies that are Sign up and use the recycling stations.

"The tenderer must confirm that the tenderer is not covered by the compulsory exclusion grounds in section 135 (1) of the tendering act. 1 to 3 and 136 (see ESPD`s section "Exclusion").

In addition, the tenderer must confirm that the tenderer is not subject to the following voluntary exclusion grounds, section 137 of the Public Procurement Act (see ESPD section: "Exclusion"):

- The tenderer is declared bankrupt or is under insolvency or liquidation proceedings or the like, cf. 1, no. 2,

- The tenderer has entered into an agreement for the purpose of distortion of competition, cf. 1, no. 4

No signature is required on the ESPD document.
