The present consultation concerns:

The present consultation concerns:

- the operation of the Sollies-Pont transfer dock including the loading of the compactors,

- the provision of specific compacting bins as well as theevacuation and unloading of household waste, either to the energy recovery unit in Toulon, or to the non-hazardous waste storage facility at Pierrefeu.

The incumbent provides the services provided by the market for waste disposed of on the site. avenue de l 'Arlesienne, ZAC la Poulasse located at Sollies-Pont by the community of communes of the Vallee du Gapeau (CCVG).information concerning the legal status of the candidate as provided for in Article 48 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016:

- Declaration on honor (or DC1) to justify that the candidate does not enter in any of the cases bidding prohibitions mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the order n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015,

- copy of the judgment (s) pronounced, if the candidate is in redrcourt judgment,
