For the purpose of pursuing a professional activity, the participant completes the relevant part of the EDES: part IV, section A "Fitness", in which he describes the following circumstances and documents: number, date of issue and issuer of the registration document, site for access to public the register of the issuer of the document (if applicable) or a number in a similar register in the country in which the foreigna participant is established, or specifies a number, date, issuing authority of the relevant permit, or membership of a particular organization, when authorization or membership of a particular organization is required to carry out the activity. Upon conclusion of the contract, the above requirement shall be proved by a certified by the participant copy of a valid document for performing waste collection and transportation activitiesand issued pursuant to Art. 35, para. 3 of the WMA pursuant to Chapter 5, Section II of the WMA, or an equivalent document issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of another State Party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. and the financial situation.

The contracting entity removes persons for whom they are available from participationthe circumstances under Art. 54 and Art. 55, para. 1, items 1, 4 and 5 of the Public Procurement Act. In addition to these grounds, the assignor shall remove participants and candidates for whom the grounds under Art. 107 of the PPL.

Upon conclusion of the contract, the first-ranked tenderer presents a guarantee of 1% of the contract value excluding VAT.
