Purchasing medium capacity compactors is a priority for Sanitation Operator S.C. Eco-Sal S.A., considering the need for municipal waste management, taking into account the relief, medieval and modern architecture, recapture and continued development of the city. Main Site: S.C. Eco-Sal S.A., Aleea Comandor Dimitrie Moraru, no. In order to modernize the existing car fleet as well as to increase the efficiency of collecting and transporting municipal waste, due to the decrease of the necessary waste intervention time, the reduction of the fuel consumption on the race / transport and the possibilityto make multiple races / trails, it is justified to purchase and acquire modern compactors that are technically and functionally compatible with the latest requirements in the field of waste collection and transportation.

Technical requirements as well as the way of supplying the products are set out in the specifications attached to this document

The purchase of 4 (four) medium capacity compressors (10 m-) is a priority for S.C. Eco-Sal S.A., considering the need for municipal waste management, taking into account the relief, the medieval and the modern architecture, as well as the continuous development of the city. Advantages offered by compact compactors (compaclow weight, easy to drive and maneuver), creates the possibility of efficient waste management in crowded urban areas with narrow streets and narrow bridges, tonnage constraints due to medieval buildings where access to large waste collection vehicles is aggravated or even banned.

Tenderers, third parties and subcontractors should not be in situare provided in art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98/2016. The way to prove the fulfillment of the requirement: the DUAE will be filled by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE are to be submitted at the request of the authority(a) Establishing certificates for the absence of debts regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget), state budget, etc.) outstanding at the time of their presentation,

(b) Where appropriate, documents throughwhich demonstrates that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 on Public Procurement, (c) Other editing documents, as appropriate.

Bidders, third parties and subcontractors will submit a non-incendiary statementin the provisions of art. 60 of Law no. 98/2016. The declaration will be presented with the DUAE by all the participants in the procedure (bidder, associate, subcontractor and third party).
