Refuse-Compaction Vehicles

Supply of 4 waste trucks, 2 of which will be biaxial and 2 triaxial, to meet the needs of the cleaning service.

For the valid participation in the process of concluding this contract, it is filed by the participating economic operators (tenderers), letter of guarantee, covered-the two (2) percent (%) of the indicative budget, excluding VAT. with an appropriate rounding, ie three thousand seven hundred and twenty-eight euros (EUR 3 728.00).

In the case of an association of economic operators, the guarantee also includes the condition that the guarantee covers the obligations of all economic operators participating in the association .

The participation guarantee must be valid at all timesfor at least 30 days after the expiration of the term of validity of the offer in Article 2.4.5 herein, ie up to four (4) months from the next of the closing date for submission of tenders, otherwise the offer will be rejected. The contracting authority may, before the end of the tender, ask the tenderer to extend the term of validity of the tender and the participation guarantee before expiry.

For the signing of the contract, a performance guarantee is required pursuant to Article 72 (1) (b) of Law 4412/2016, amounting to 5% of the value of the contract, excluding VAT, and shall be deposited before or at the time of signing the contract.

The performance guarantee, in order to be accepted, shall include at least the sums referred to in paragraph 2.1.5and the number and title of the relevant contract. Its content is in accordance with the provisions of Article 72 of Law 4412/2016.

The performance guarantee for the contract covers in total and non-discriminatory terms the application of all the terms of the contract and any claim of the contracting authority to the contractor. where the contract is amended pursuant to paragraph4.5, which entails an increase in the contract value, the contractor is required to lodge, before the amendment, a supplementary guarantee amounting to 5% of the amount of the increase, excluding VAT. of the contract, as it specifies.

The performance guarantee is reimbursed in full after thequantitative and qualitative reception of the subject matter of the contract. If the final qualitative and quantitative receipt protocol contains observations or there is a delayed delivery, the return of the above guarantee is made after the observations and delays have been resolved.

The guarantee period measured from the date of temporary receipt is determined by the tendererand may not be less than one (1) year (if not mentioned in the supplier's offer, it is rejected as unacceptable)

The cost of the commission will be financed by the Municipality of SATA and will be charged to the code of the company. 02.20.7132.001 expenditure for the budget year 2018 of the Municipality of Lagada.

Payment of the value of the vehicles to the contractor will be made by paying 100% ofof the value of the invoice after the final receipt of the delivery.

The supporting documents required are at least the ones mentioned in paragraph 4 of article 200 of Law 4412/2016.

Economic operators are not required to submit supporting documentsprovided that in so far as the contracting authority has the possibility to obtain the certificates or related information directly by accessing a national database in any Member State of the Union, which is available free of charge, such as a national register of contracts, a virtual envelope company, electronic document storage system or preselection system. The declaration for the firstaccess to a national database is included in the Standard Declaration of Responsible Statement (EDGE) of Article 79 (4) of Law 4412/2016.

Economic operators are not required to provide supporting documents when the contracting authority that has awarded the contract already has the above justifications and these remain valid.

B.1. To demonstrate that the exclusion reasons in paragraph 2.2.3 tenderers shall provide the following supporting documents: (a) for section 2.2.3.1 an extract of the relevant register, such as the criminal record or, failing that, an equivalent document issued by a competent judicial or administrative authority of the Member State or of the country of origin or of the country where the economic operator is established, from which it appears to be informedthese conditions are met.
