Letters of guarantee issued by credit institutions operatinglegally in the Member States of the Union or the European Economic Area or in the GPA member states and have this right in accordance with the applicable provisions. The guarantees in this Article shall include as a minimum the following elements: (a) the date of issue; (b) the issuer; (c) the municipality of Thermi to which it is addressed; (d) the guarantee number; (e)covered by the guarantee; (f) full name; and the address of the economic operator in favor of which the guarantee is issued; (g) the condition that: (aa) the guarantee is provided irrevocably and unconditionally, and the issuer waives the right of division and dissolution; and (bb) the amount of the deduction shall be subject to the stamp duty in force at that time;(i) the date of expiry or the term of validity of the guarantee, at least 4 months; (j) the undertaking by the issuer of the guarantee to pay the amount of the guarantee in whole or in part within 5 days following a simple written notice to the person to whom it is addressed; - that the issuer of the guaranteehe is obliged to extend the guarantee after a simple letter from the service of the local authority conducting the tender. The application must be made before the expiry date of the guarantee.
Tenders without warranty or without the appropriate warranty as above are rejected as inadmissible and are not taken into account.-the commission is awarded after the submission of the required performance guarantee and within 5 days of the signing of the contract The guarantees of the other suppliers that took part in the tender are returned within 5 days from the date of the announcement of the award.
