The present contract relates in summary to finding the right supplier (s) for supplying garbage truck bodies for the Municipality of Rotterdam. The Contracting Authority therefore intends with this contract to contract three (3) suppliers through a framework agreement.this contract relates in summary to finding the right supplier (s) for the delivery of garbage truck bodies for the municipality of Rotterdam. The Contracting Authority therefore intends with this contract to contract three (3) suppliers by means of a framework agreement.

Awarding within the framework agreement takes place by calling on the parties for further competition.

The tenderer or the Combination must be adequately insured at the latest when the Framework Agreement is awarded for the professional and / or corporate liability risks associated with the implementation of the Framework Agreement. The insurance must offer cover from a minimum of EUR 1 000 000.- per claim to at least EUR 2 500 000.- per farfuse year. If third parties are deployed in the implementation of the Framework Agreement, the insurance must also cover damage as a result of acts or omissions of third parties engaged in the implementation of the Framework Agreement.
