The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of services consisting in the collection, transport and disposal / treatment of mixed municipal waste (municipal waste) and bulky waste (municipal waste) in the municipality of Beluša, okr. Puchov, Slovak Republic within the meaning of the description of the subject of the contract, which is stated in the tender documents for this public tender.Every candidate must meet all conditions of personal status according to - 32 of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. On public procurement and on amendment of some public contracts (hereinafter referred to as "public contract conclusion"). The method of demonstrating compliance with them is set out in the same provision of the Act; their fulfillment can be proved also by a valid entry in the list of economic subjects according to - 152 et seq. billon public procurement. This is without prejudice to the possibility of demonstrating compliance with the conditions of personal status by means of the Single European Document. The contracting authority points out here that, as a public authority, I have access to an extract from the tenderer`s commercial or other register, requiring the tenderer to submit the terms of the remainder of his / her personal status.Participation in accordance with - 32 para.

4. Minimum technical requirements for using the Eranet information system:

5. Security in accordance with - 46 of the Public Procurement Act is required, amounting to EUR 5, 000. The conditions of its composition and return are stated in the suits documents, resp. they regulate the conclusion of public procurement. If the tenderer chooses to lodge the security by means of a bank guarantee or security insurance, he shall place the scanned copy in thein its tender and in paper form to the seat of the contracting organization within the time limit for the submission of tenders. It shall not submit a paper form if the bank issues a guarantee signed by an advanced electronic signature. The only criterion for the evaluation of tenders shall be the lowest price for the entire subject of the contract. All documents submitted must reflect the actual condition of the tenderer at the time of his / her participationIt provides for public procurement. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel this tender or not to accept any of the tenders submitted if the circumstances in which the tender was announced have changed or if one of the circumstances referred to in Article 57 of the Public Procurement Act occurs. If the tenderer or candidate uses a single European document, the contracting authority alor, the contracting authority may, at any time during the course of the contract, ask the tenderer to submit a document or documents replaced by a single European document to ensure the proper conduct of the procurement. The tenderer or candidate shall deliver the documents to the contracting authority / entity within 5 working days of the date of receipt of the application, unless the contracting authority specifies a longer period.
