The present consultation is launched following the procedure: call d 'offers open - articles R. 2124-2, R. 2161-1 of the code of the public order. The purpose of the consultation is:This consultation concerns:

Main Site: Territory of the Metropole Nice C-te d'Azur.

Framework agreement with purchase orders. Duration of the initial period: 48 months. Mini: 12 000 000 EUR HT. Max: 45 000 000 EUR HT. Beginning of the market: at 1 order form. In the absence of a purchase order at the end of the 1 year following the notification of the market, the execution of the market will begin on the first dateanniversary of notification.

Cf. Article 5.1.1 of the consultation regulations. (1) This contract may be awarded to a single undertaking or to a group of undertakings.
