Conclusion of a framework agreement over 4 years (1.7.2020 to 30.6.2024) for the treatment of 4, 000 to 6, 000 t p. a. Biowaste in an open process according to the provisions of the BVergG 2018 in the topThe threshold agreement is to be concluded from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2024. The term of the framework agreement is therefore 4 years.

The framework agreement comprises a volume of 4, 000 to 6, 000 t of bio waste per year. Only the actually taken over, transported and treated amounts of waste are reimbursed. So there is a minimum purchase quantitye of 4, 000 t p. a and a maximum purchase quantity of 6, 000 t p. a. Bio waste, so for half a year (01.07. 31.12.2020 and 01.01. 30.6.2024) a minimum purchase quantity of 2, 000 t and a maximum purchase quantity of 3, 000 t Waste type:

- Bio waste according to Appendix 5, Abcase code 20 01 08 of the Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management on a list of waste (Ordinance on Waste List), BGBl II No. 570/2003 as amended; Waste key number 92401: Mixtures of waste from waste groups 924 and 921, which contain animal parts, for composting; Waste key number 92450: Mixtures of waste from wastellgruppen 924 and 921, which contain animal components, for fermentation.

The organic waste consists mainly of organic waste of animal and vegetable origin and comes from the mixed organic bin of the municipal collection Waste from gardening and landscaping (tree pruning, tree noinde, potting soil, hedge and shrub clippings, grass clippings, leaves, plants, brushwood, twigs). The non-natural components of the mixed municipal bio-waste are to be understood as interfering substances, e.g. Glass, ceramics, metal, packaging, rubber, hygiene articles, leather residues, furniture wood, paper, cardboard, textiles, Diapers, etc.

As remuneration for the services provided in accordance with the contract, the contractual partner receives the offered and hammered price per ton according to the actual weight of the organic waste that has been disposed of and disposed of 000 t pa binding and foreseenThe index-linked price adjustment is unchangeable and will be charged on the basis of the weighing at the reloading station of the client.

Residues from treatment methods will not be taken back by the client and only the contract partner has to take care of appropriate treatment / recovery / storage / depositing of residues.

Takeover, transpoThe disposal and treatment of bio-waste must be carried out in compliance with all (especially environmental and waste) legal requirements. Together with the offer, a treatment and a transport concept must be submitted, which, if necessary, will also become part of the framework agreementation of the client within 2 working days after notification by the client on Mondays from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., from Tuesday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Fridays from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. The collection takes place max. 6 times a week and is limited to 25 tons per collection.

On the eventual requirement of an official decisionWe expressly point out that the activity in Austria is permissible and that the obligation pursuant to Sections 21 and 194 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2018 has been passed. Sections 21 and 194 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2018 oblige applicants or bidders who are resident in the territory of another contracting party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and who are responsible for the exercise of aActivity in Austria must obtain an official decision regarding their professional qualification, initiate a procedure as soon as possible, but in any case before the expiry of the offer period. For regulated trades (- 94 of the 1994 Trade Code), reference is made to -- 373a to 373e of the 1994 Trade Code.
