Transportation and Transfer of Production Waste

Main Site: Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP) and Canal Pumping Stations (PSCs) of the Employer, on the territory of Burgas District, specified in the technical specification.

Transport and delivery for disposal and / or utilizationcombustion (reclamation, agricultural needs, etc.) of the production waste collected by the client with code 19 08 01 - waste from bars and sieves. Origin - from mechanical wastewater treatment; composition and properties - solid materials, organic residues, packaging, etc. Estimated quantities are given in the technical specification.

1. The participant shall have registration under Art. 35, para. 3WMA and registration document issued in accordance with Art. 78 of the Waste Management Act (WMA), in connection with Art. 35, para. 3 of the WMA for the activities of waste transportation with waste codes according to the technical specification, and for foreign persons - permission or registration document from RIEW Sofia for carrying out the activity on the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA (Art. 78, para. 5, item. 3 of the WMA).

For OP 1: for waste transport activities with code 19 08 01.

For OP 2: for waste transport activities with code 19 08 02.

For OP 3: for waste transport activities with code 19 08 05.

For participation for all OPs: for waste transportation activities with code 19 08 01; code 19 08 02 and code 19 08 05.

2. Special authorization is required for the performance of the subject matter of the contractwe or membership in a particular organization. Minimum requirement total for OP 1; OP 2 and OP 3: The participant must hold a license for road haulage activities (Community license for the carriage of goods or a license for the carriage of goods in the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA, Article 6, Paragraph 5 of Law on Road Transport).
