Reception and management services-the entire amount of municipal waste transferred by property owners, both unsorted, mixed municipal waste (kitchen waste, animal kitchen, dirty paper, greasy, tracing paper, wallpaper, hygienic waste, diapers, household glass, porcelain, mirrors, window and car windows, articles made from combining plastics with other materials, bottles-after car oils, polystyrene, rubber, packaging of plant protection products, packaging of aerosols, varnishes, deodorants, packaging of oils, greases, paints and varnishes, etc.) and waste collected and collected in a selective manner (segregated waste - paper, cardboard, metal, plastics, glass, plastic packaging, metal packaging, paper packaging and-cardboard, glass packaging, multi-material packaging, juice cartons, milk) "green waste - bio" vegetable biodegradable vegetable waste (peel, vegetable waste, etc.), vegetable biodegradable waste (leaves, grasses, branches, etc.), wastes from vegetable marketplaces, other municipal waste fractions collected and collected selectively "slag, ash"). The Contracting Authority informs that it does not provide for the possibility of supplementary procurement, referred to in art. 67 sec. 1 point 6 of the Act - the Employer does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement.

d. permit to recover and neutralize waste or permit to process waste referred to in the Act on waste. - Assessment of fulfillment of the above conditionwill be made on the basis of the required documents attached to the offer
