Real Estate Services Nikkarinkruunu Property Maintenance Services

Acquisition of property management services for real estate properties owned by Kiinteistoe Oy Nikkarinkruunu. The site consists of row, floor, small and fake buildings, maintenance and other buildings divided into three (3) different areas, namely the service area. Kiinteistoenhoitotehtae

Main Site: Kerava maintenance area 1 according to Kerava maintenance area 2 or Kerava maintenance area 2 according to the Kerava maintenance area 3.

Acquisition of properties purchased by Kiinteistoe Oy in Nikkarinkruunu properties-Property Maintenance Services for Service Areas 1 3. Service Areas consist of row, floor, small and fake houses, and maintenance and other buildings. The property management plant consists of property maintenance and property maintenance, as well as maintenance services for outdoor areas and maintenance service books. The bidder has registered in the following registers:

- Trade Register,

- ena register of taxable persons in accordance with the Act on the Act on the Act of Accession, - a Register of Value Added Taxes in accordance with the Act on Value Added Tax, if the law requires a registration certificate. The tenderer has paid the following taxes and other legal fees or the offeror is required to pay the tax or other payee's credit card payment plan made: - taxes,

- life insurance premiumsso,

- other legal fees.

3. The tenderer is responsible for following the following issues: - the provision of employment contracts in accordance with the law, according to the order of the customer's liability, - the provision of temporary work for the jobseekers, - the insurance for occupational returnees in accordance with the Act on Occupational Injury and Occupational Exposure.
