Delivery of 59 units of new electric switch-over drives complete with fixtures with a set of connectors (control rods and setting rods) and with exchange ofof operated electric switch drives on the premises of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. Railway Line Plant in Zielona G-ra.

1. Contractors may participate in the Proceeding, for which there are no grounds for exclusion from the proceedings under Art. 24 sec. 1 item 12-23 of the Public Procurement Law (PPL) [excluding the conditions set out in paragraph 1 point 13 lit. d and point 14 of the PPL regarding the crime referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 13 lit. d Pzp] (premises for mandatory exclusion) and pursuant to art. 24 sec. 5 Pzp (reasons for optional exclusion)

2. The Contractor must have competences or qualifications to conduct a specific professional activity, if it results from separate provisionsow, allowing the order to be processed,

3. The Contractor must be in an economic or financial situation allowing the order to be met

4. The contractor must have technical or professional capacity to carry out the order

5. In order to demonstrate that there are no grounds to exclude from the Procedure and confirm that the conditions for participation in the Procedure have been met, each of thewcow will submit the Single Document in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature

6. The ordering party requires employment on the basis of a contract of employment by the contractor or subcontractor, persons performing the activities indicated below during the implementation of the order: Work related to the dismantling of old switch-machines together with the fixing and assembly of new switch drives togetherwith fixing and control and adjustment rods

1. has current insurance against civil liability both contractual and tortious Contractor in the scope of business related to the subject of the order and owned property for the sum insured, not less PLN 2, 000, 000. The insurance cover must cover the Contractor's death caused by the Contractor, body (personal injury) and property damage.

2. has financial resources or creditworthiness in an amount not less than PLN 500, 000. As the exchange rate for PLN of financial data expressed in currencies other than PLN, the average exchange rate published by the National Bank of Poland on the first business day of the month in which the contract notice was published in Dziennik UGovernment of the European Union
