Conformity assessment is performed separately for all contracts within the scope of the project in accordance with the Applicability Table for Lot 1 (Appendix 1 to the Technical Specification)
Expected results: EC verification and assessment of compliance with the applicable TSI (TSI) for the structural subsystem Infrastructure or part thereof EC verification and assessment of conformity with the applicable TSI for the Energy Structure Subsystem (ESA) or part of it. EC Verification and Assessment of Conformity with the applicable Technical Specifications for Interoperability for the Control-Command and Signaling Structure Subsystem-(according to item 4 of the Technical Documents "Documents of the Contractor") shall be performed separately for each site (construction / engineering contract), to be assessed under this contract, as follows: Conformity assessment reports at all stages of design, production anda final test for the relevant subsystems (INF, ENE and CTU-CT) or parts of subsystems; reports from the person assessing compliance with the essential interoperability requirements under Art. 44c par. 2, item 7 of Ordinance № 57 for the subsystems INF, ENE and DTC-ST for the stages of design, manufacture and final testing; EC Certificates for the Subsets concerned (INF, ENE and CCA-CT) orand parts of subsystems and / or documents that there is no compliance; technical dossier for subsystems INF, ENE and CTC-CT - For lot 1 - the notified body (the assessment body) for the EC procedure for checking the conformity with the technical specifications for interoperability (TSI) for the following subsystems: Infrastructure ", " Energy "and" Control - Command and Signaling "For the lot 2 - the participant is a conformity assessment body (designated authority) for conformity assessment activities of the Infrastructure, Energy and Control-Command and Signaling subsystems on the railway line with the requirements of the national safety rules or the technical rules that apply to the implementation of the essential requirements- for lot 3 - the participant has been accredited by a national authority or recognized by a recognized authority to perform an independent assessment of the implementation of the risk management process and its outcomes as defined in Annex I to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 402/2013 of 30 April 2013 on the common method for the• When participating in more than one position, the requirements apply cumulatively • If the participant is an association which is not a legal entity, the requirement applies to each member of the grouping who will carry out the relevant activity according to the distribution of the participation of the persons in performanceof the activities provided for in the pooling agreement

The participant should provide the relevant information in Part IV "Selection Criteria", Section A "Appropriate- Documents for proving the requirements for: - Lot 1 - Certified copy of Permit for carrying out the activities for assessment and verification of the compliance with the essential requirements for interoperability of the infrastructure, energy and transport sub- Railway Control, Signaling and Signaling "or equivalent,
- Lot 2 - Certified copy of Pa decision to carry out the conformity assessment activities of the Infrastructure, Energy and Track-side Signaling and Signaling subsystems with the requirements of the national safety rules or the technical rules used to implement the essential requirements defined in list for each subsystem,
- lot 3 - certified copy of ea document that is an accredited / recognized person for an Assessment Body to carry out an independent safety assessment in accordance with the requirements of Art. (7) of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 402/2013 of 30 April 2013 on a common safety method for risk assessment and evaluation and repealing Regulation (EC) No 352/2009 or equivalent. Accreditation from any member state is recognizedbut of the EU.

The assignor removes from the procedure the participant for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1, item 1-7 of the Public Procurement Act, as well as participants for whom the circumstances under Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, items 4 and 5 of the Public Procurement Act, which occurred before or during the procedure. The assignor removes the procedurea participant where it is a grouping of natural and / or legal persons and a member of the unified. there is one of the grounds for removal under Art. 54, para. 1, items 1-7 of the Public Procurement Act and there are circumstances under Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, item 4 and item 5 of the Public Procurement Act. When submitting the tender, the participant declares the lack of the grounds for elimination under art. 54, para. 1, item 1-7 of the Public Procurement Act and the lack of circumstances under Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, items 4 and 5 of the Public Procurement Act by presenting a single European Public Procurement Document (EEDOP) according to a standard template.
