This call for tenders will award contracts for the purchase of clamping plates for 2 years and 3 options (harmonization of fixing material) for each additional year.

This call for tenders will award contracts for the purchase of clamping plates for 2 years and 3 options (harmonization of fixing material) for each additional year.

The offerer can submit an offer for a single or for several lots (lot allocation see offer form).

A complete offer is not allowed. The sum of the individual lots is compared against each other. For lots 2, 3 and 4 we are aiming for a strategic allocation in the ratio 80:20. The award is based on the lowest price.

1) At least 3 references on comparable deliveries, products to other state railways in Europe or overseas with at least the same amount;

2) Quality management system ISO 9001 or proof of a company-specific quality management;

3) Subbed Social Code of Conduct amfori BSCI.

Partial offers are not permitted.

Conditions for countries not party to the WTO agreement: none.

Terms of business: The SBB's General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Business for the Procurement of Goods, December 2017 edition.

Negotiations: SBB reserves the right to negotiate.

Basic procedural principles: The client only awards public commissions for services in Switzerland to tenderers who comply with job security regulations and the conditions of work for employees, and provide equal payment for men and women.

Procedures for appeal:To this notice may in accordance with Article 30 of the PPA within 20 days since publication appeal to the Federal Administrative Court, PO Box, 9023 St. Gallen collected. The complaint must be filed in duplicate and must contain the request, stating the reason for their evidence and the signature of the complainant or their representative. A copy of this publication and available evidence-medium must be enclosed.
