Spare parts for track appliances

To ensure the maintenance and current repairs of the railway infrastructure C.N.C.F. "CFR" S.A. intends to conclude a framework agreement for supply: "Spare parts for track devices" over a period of 4 (four) years.

Main Site: Main placeof delivery: locations within the branch of R.C.F. 1-8.

Spare parts for track devices.

Minimum quantity of frame agreement: 185.61 t spare parts for track devices.

Maximum quantity of frame agreement: 1 761, 421 t spare parts for track devices.

Subsequent contract minimum quantity: 185.61 t spare parts for track devices

Subsequent contract maximum quantity: 516.26 t pieceit is spare for track devices.

Frequency of awarding the following contracts: maximum 2 (two) / year. The first subsequent contract will be concluded for an estimated quantity of 473.62 t spare parts for track devices, and Subsequent contracts will be concluded according to the value of the funds allocated to the Line Management.

Year I spare parts for track devices:

- quantitiesestimated (tons) = minimum 258.13 and maximum 473.62 tons,

- estimated value (lei) = minimum 2 860 981.27 and maximum 5 249 362.53 RON excluding VAT.

Year spare parts for appliances way:

- estimated quantities (tonnes) = minimum 258.13 and maximum 516.26 tonnes,

- estimated value (lei) = minimum 2 860 981.27 and maximum 5 721 962.55 RON excluding VAT.

Year iii pieces spare parts for track devices:

- quantities estimateate (tonnes) = minimum 258.13 and maximum 516.26 tonnes,

- estimated value (lei) = minimum 2 860 981.27 and maximum 5 721 962.55 RON excl. VAT

Year IV spare parts for appliances way:

- estimated quantities (tonnes) = minimum 185.61 and maximum 255.281 tonnes,

- estimated value (lei) = minimum 2 057 206.58 and maximum 2 829 404.41 RON excluding VAT.

Requirement no. 1.

Information and formalities necessary for the evaluation of respthe requirements mentioned above: the bidders, the third party supporters and the subcontractors must not be found in the situations provided in art. 177, 178, 180 of Law no. 99 / 2016.

The way in which the requirement can be demonstrated: DUAE will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation.

The supporting documents chas evidence of the fulfillment of those assumed by completing the DUAE, will be presented, at the request of the contracting entity, only by the bidders ranked on the first three places in the intermediate ranking, drawn up at the end of the evaluation of the bids.

These documents are:

(a) declaration on their own regarding the failure to comply with the provisions of art. 177 of Law no. 99/2016,

(b) certified con the lack of outstanding debts regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of presentation,

(c) the criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the administration body, management or supervision of the respective economic operator or of those with power of representation, bydecision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / the constitutive act,

(d) as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator can benefit from the derogations provided in art. 179 para. (2), art. 180 paragraph (2), art. 184 of Law no. 99/2016 regarding public procurement,

(e) any document considered edifying, in the country of timesgine or in the country in which the bidder / candidate is established, such as certificates, court records, or other equivalent documents issued by the competent authorities of the respective country.

Where, in the country of origin or in the country where the bidder / candidate it is established, no documents of the nature provided for above are issued or those documents do not cover all the situations provided forin art. 177, 178 and 180, the contracting entity accepts a declaration on its own responsibility or, if in the respective country there are no legal provisions regarding the declaration on its own responsibility, an authentic statement given in front of a notary, an administrative or judicial authority or an association Professionals who have competence in this regard.

Fulfillment mode: it will be completedand in this sense the DUAE document by each bidder, associate bidder, third party supporter, subcontractor with the information related to their situation, following that the supporting documents will be requested by the contracting entity only to the bidders ranked on the first 3 places in the intermediate ranking drawn up at the end of the evaluation of the bids. .

Note: the answers to DUAE are completed inSICAP directly after authentication.

Failure of the DUAE with the offer (including for the associate / third-party supporter / subcontractor) entails its rejection as unacceptable.
