The client operates its extensive broadcast infrastructure based on hardware / devices from different manufacturers. The aim is to be able to ensure regular new and replacement procurement of products. The award is made in 10 L.osen, whereby in each lot the framework agreement is concluded with an entrepreneur.

On the eventual requirement of an official decision for the admissibility of carrying out an activity in Austria as well on the obligation according to -- 21 and 194 of the Federal Vergabegesetz 2018 is expressly pointed out. Sections 21 and 194 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2018 oblige applicants or bidders who are resident in the territory of another contracting party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and who have to obtain an official decision regarding their professional qualification for the exercise of an activity in Austria directional movementen as soon as possible, but at least before the offer deadline. For regulated trades (Section 94 of the 1994 Trade Regulations), reference is made to Sections 373a to 373e of the Trade Regulations 1994.
