Mise adprovision of interpretation equipment and a conference system including an electronic voting system allowing customizable feedback of results, for the IUCN World Conservation Congress in June 2020.

In the World Conservation Congress of the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN), 11 - 19.6.2020, in Marseille at Parc Chanot, the service provider must:

- provide, install and maintain during the congress simultaneous interpretation equipment and a conference system including an electronic voting system with integrated conference microphones and directed,

- provide, via a software interface, personalized renditions of the results of the votes,

- ensure the assistUsers are provided with all the hardware and software made available to users.

Candidates are assessed with regard to references, capabilities, skills in the areas covered by the contract, human and material resources, and certifications. State of the Ministry. Maximum payment deadline is 30 days. Possibility of payment of an advance according to the modalites in the CCSI. Terms and conditions of filing of the electronic bid on the State Procurement Platform (PLACE) specified in the regulation of the consultation.
