No minimum requirementseconomic and financial situation. For the participants in the procedure, the grounds for elimination referred to in Art. 54, para. 1, item 1, item 2, item 3, item 4, item 5, item 6 and item 7 and art. 55, para. 1, item 1 and item 4 of the Public Procurement Act. Participants should not be subject to the prohibitions in Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Law with the Companies, registered with thepreferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners, as well as Art. Art. The performance guarantee is 5% of the estimated value of the contract excluding VAT

2.1. The guarantee is provided in one of the following forms: - cash, - bank guarantee, - insurance that guarantees performance by covering the contractor's liability. Way-of payment according to the draft contract. According to Art. 67, para. 1 of the PPA when submitting the tender, the participant only declares compliance with the selection criteria and the lack of grounds for elimination by submitting the EEDOP. Documents demonstrating the information specified in EEDOP may be required additionally under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. According to Art. 67, para. 6 of the PPAprior to the award of a public procurement contract, the contracting authority requires the contractor to submit up-to-date documents certifying the absence of the grounds for disqualification and compliance with the selection criteria.
