Selection of the carrier for the conclusion of a public service contract for the carriage of passengers by public-passenger passenger transport to the whole of South West

The carrier shall demonstrate basic competence pursuant to Section 74 of the Public Procurement Act and professional competence pursuant to Section 77 of the Public Procurement Act. The carrier shall submit copies of documents pursuant to Section 75 of the Public Procurement Act (extract from RT register, FU confirmation, declaration in relation totaxation, declaration pursuant to - 74 par. c), DSSA confirmation, extract from the Commercial Register).
