Improvement of the urban transport system of Gabrovo by purchasing rolling stock for 2 detached positions

Within the framework of the public procurement will be delivered:

Main Site: Place of delivery Gabrovo, Within the lot will be delivered 7-8 (/ - 1) meters electric motors and delivery and installation ofstations for them. The electrobuses proposed by the participant within the lot are of one model and brand.

The scope of the activities is according to the technical specification, annexes to the documentation for participation. A participant who is not entitled to participate in the public procurement on the grounds of Art. 3, item 8 in the order with art. 5, para. 1, item 3 of the Economic and Financial Relations Actwith the companies registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners, except when the conditions under Art. 4 of the law. A participant who, upon invitation by the contracting authority and within the period specified therein, shall not extend the period of validity of his tender. A participant who has offered a price to execute the order higher than the orderThe contracting authority requires the designated contractor to provide: - the guarantee guaranteeing the execution of the contract in the amount of 5% of its value, - the advance payment guarantee, covering the amount of the contract, the full amount of the advance (amounting to 30% of the value of the contract with VAT).:
