Public Service of Urban Collective Transport of Travelers in TM de Marbella (Malaga).

Definitive guarantee: 5% of the award amount, excluding the TaxOn the Value Added Contract.

In the case of contracts with provisional prices referred to in Article 87.5 of the TRLCSP, the percentage shall be calculated with reference to the maximum price fixed (Article 95 TRLCSP).

The guarantee may be constituted in any of the forms established in article 96 TRLCSP, with the requirements established in article 55 and ss of the RGLCAP or by guarantee global with the requirements established in Article 98 TRLCSP.
