ASI7 school transport services contract with a 4-year framework contract

The intercommunal school association of the 7 municipalities in the La Sarraz Region is putting a school transport market in competition. Schedules and bus stops are already defined.

Transportation of students from 1p to 6p

Partial offers are not allowed.

Negotiations: up to and including-including the decision to award a bid, the negotiation of prices and services is prohibited.

Conditions governing the procedure: a possible hearing will be held on 5.12.2018, from 9:00 to 12:00.

Indication of remedies : This invitation to tender may be appealed to the Administrative and Public Law Court of the Cantonal Court, av. Eugene-Rambert 15, 1014 Lausanne, filed within 10 days of publication; it must be signed and indicate the conclusions and reasons for the appeal. The contested decision is attached to the appeal.
