The subject of the contract covers the following lines of the transport scheme of the municipality of Satovcha: on the municipal transport scheme: bus line --(B) Blagoevgrad - Godeshevo; (c) Gotse Delchev - Godeshevo; (d) Gotse Delchev - Dolen; (e) Gotse Delchev - Kletna .

The Republican transport scheme: bus lines:

a) Sofia - Godeshevo;

b) Sofia - Vaklinovo.

The execution should be organized and carried out: according to the current route. timetables from approvethe transport system of the municipality of Satovcha for the respective bus line under the conditions according to the documentation and in compliance with the current legislation regulating the public transport of passengers by established transport schemes. The participant, subcontractor and / or member of a consortium who will carry out a publicpassengers must be in possession of a valid passenger transport license in accordance with the requirements of the AAP, and for foreign participants - a similar document according to the legislation of the country where they are established - Compliance with the stated criterion is declared in the EEDOP Part IV: "Selection Criteria", section A, "Fitness", item 1, indicating the required information.

Conformitythe contracting authority may at any time require the participants to submit all or part of the documents proving the information specified in the EEDOP, when it is necessary for the lawful conduct of the procedurethe contractor and any subcontractor and / or member of a consortium who will carry out public transport of passengers shall provide up-to-date documents certifying that he has the right to carry out the activity of public transport of passengers in the Republic of Bulgaria - certified copy of a valid license to carry passengers according to the requirements of the AAP.
