The subject of the contract is the conclusion of service contracts in the public interest in the non-resident city bus service in the town of Bardejov for the period 2019-2028 between the Public Procurer as orderedThe main purpose of the contract is to conclude a service contract in the public interest in the city of Bardejov for the period 2019 - 2028 between the Public Procurer as the Purchaser and the Transporter as a Service Provider. The subject of the Agreement is: a) the Carrier's commitment to be provided during validity and app(b) the Client's commitment to provide to the Carrier, during the period of validity and effect of this Agreement, a contribution for the provision of services in the public interest in accordance with Section 22 of the Road Transport Act, under the terms and conditions agreed upon The Applicant must demonstrate compliance with all the terms of this Part-of the status quoted in - 32 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement and on the amendment of some laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act"). The facilitator shall prove by the documents according to - 32, paragraph 2, that he fulfills the conditions for the participation in personal status pursuant to - 32 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, j. that: a) was not an economic entity, nor its statutory body, ana member of a statutory body, a member of a supervisory body, or a prosecutor, who has been finally convicted of a criminal offense of corruption, a criminal offense to the detriment of the financial interests of the European Communities, a criminal offense of acquittal, criminal offenses, or the support of a terrorist group, a criminal offensethe offense of trafficking in human beings, a criminal offense of which the conduct of business or the criminal act of machinations in public procurement and the public auction of criminal records is not more than three months; (b) the economic entity has no arrears of sickness insurance, social insurance and old-age pension contributions(c) the economic entity has no tax arrears in the Slovak Republic or in the status of the place of business, the place of business or the usual residence, - the confirmation by the Social Insurance and Health Insurance Company no more than three months; the local tax office does not exceed three months, d) is not a jeethe asset is declared bankrupt, it is not in restructuring, it is not in liquidation, it has not been pledged bankruptcy proceedings for its lack of assets or the bankruptcy proceedings have been canceled due to the lack of property - confirmation of the relevant barrel not more than three months, e) is authorized to deliver goods, construction works or provide a service - accompanied by a proof of the right to deliver the goods, to carry outconstruction works or providing services which correspond to the subject of the contract; f) not imposed by a prohibition in part in a public procurement, confirmed by a final decision in the Slovak Republic or in the status of a place of business or place of business or habitual residence with an affidavit; declaration or demonstrable start of public procurement of a major malfunction(h) has not been prosecuted within 3 years from the date of the proclamation or the demonstration of the public procurement procedure, for which he has been legally sanctioned by the contracting authority and the contractor; a serious breach of professional obligations that they can provethe contracting authority and the contractor to prove.

I will provide everybody interested in the communication on the electronic portal www.ezakazky.sk without limitation. To apply for and submit the tender documents:

a) the economic entity enters the internet advertiser's address www.ezakazky.sk, b) clicks on the names of the bids, c) clicks on the Request for Participation /(d) shall be logged into the system in the following manner:

d1) if the economic entity already has an account entered into the system, it shall log in directly with its login data already provided (in the case of forgotten login data, the possibility of sending the login electronically to the electronic address; d2) if the economic entity does not yet have an account in the system, click on the Register and Posaccording to the instructions given for registration in the system directly on the website www.ezakazky.sk The interested party will be gifted with the tender documents and any other documents related to the tender documents designated by the contracting authority for the preparation of the offer in the electronic system at the electronic address www.ezakazky.sk. the need to clarify the conditions for participation in public procurement, -documents of tender or other accompanying documents or other documents provided by the contracting authority within the time limit for submitting tenders, according to the law, any interested party may, within the statutory time limit, explicitly request a public procurement law to explain them directly in the award. The request for explanation must be delivered within a reasonable period of time specified by the law by electronical communication portal www.ezakazky.sk. It is not sufficient for the application to be delivered to an e-mail address of the contact person of the contracting authority. The above procedure applies even if the economic entity receives the tender documents from the Profile of the contracting authority or in some other way. In line with the principle of equal treatment of interested parties and the principle of transparency, public procurementthe author has identified the above mentioned communications, in other words the public procurement agent will not take into account. Detailed definition and determination of communication with interested parties and tenderers is indicated by the contracting authority in the tender documents. The bidder in his / her offer shall submit the fulfillment of the conditions of the part, the honest declaration, the requirements for the subject of the order specified in the tender documents and other documents-required in the contract documents. The contracting authority shall exclude from the public procurement of the tenderer and, on the basis of reliable information, will be suspicious that the tenderer or the person concerned has entered into an agreement for the discontinuance of the economic activity with another economic entity.
