Selection of carrier / operator for the fulfillment of public service obligations in the Lazdijai District Municipality by means of an open call for tender.

The object of the tender is the selection of the carrier (operator) for fulfilling public service obligations in Lazdijai District Municipality, i.e. y carrier (operator) to serve local (suburban) regular bus servicesShrutus in Lazdijai District Municipality. The maximum rate (T) for local (suburban) passenger services is EUR 0.08 excluding VAT per passenger car. Cost-effectiveness (R) can not exceed 5%. About 100 000 passengers are transported over a year. The object of the competition is the selection of the carrier / operator for the fulfillment of public service obligations in the Lazdijai districtin the municipality, t. y carrier (operator) to serve local (suburban) regular bus routes in Lazdijai District Municipality. The maximum rate (T) for local (suburban) passenger services is EUR 0.08 excluding VAT per passenger car. Cost-effectiveness (R) can not exceed 5%. In about one year, about 10 passengers are transported0 000 passengers.

Supplier (also all members of the supplier group if the offer is submitted by the supplier group) and the operators whose capacity is based on the supplier must meet the requirements for the absence of grounds for elimination. A completed European Single Market Procurement Document is presented. The contracting authority will first evaluate the offers, then check that there is no economically most advantageous offer-

(1) the procurement documents are published in the Central Procurement Information System (hereinafter CVP IS);

2) the tenders must be submitted only if the tenderer has submitted the bidder's exclusion bases (according to the supplier's ECVD), or the qualification of this participant meets the established requirements (according to the supplier's ECVD) by electronic means using CVP IS;
