51. Offer - Herning City Buses

The offer includes the operation of all city bus lines in Herning. This includes approx. 41, 000 cow reproductions, spread over 12 contract buses and 3 spare buses.

Tenderer must provide the following bids for the operation of the city bus:

- A hydrogen buses

- - 10 of the 12 contract buses must be hydrogen buses. The remaining 2 contract buses and spare buses must be diesel buses with Euro standard 6;

- - The municipality is responsible for establishing a fuel tank station and the municipality is responsible for delivering the hydrogen to the bus company's br- B diesel buses

- - All buses and spare buses must be diesel buses with Euro standard 6.

- - The bus company is responsible for diesel fuel.

Offers must be submitted on both side orders. The tenders for the page offerings are evaluated separately, cf. the evaluation model set out in the terms and conditions section 9, which identifies itEconomically most advantageous offer for respectively. A hydrogen buses and B diesel buses. The budget conditions in Herning Municipality will affect whether the contractor chooses page bids A hydrogen buses or side bids B diesel buses.

Herning Municipality participates in a EU-funded project (JIVE), which is formally promoting the introduction of hydrogen buses. The project gives Herning ComeA great opportunity to raise a contribution from the EU up to about 16, 000, 000 DKK, safely adding 10 hydrogen buses in Herning. In addition, the municipality of Herning has allocated approx. DKK 15, 000, 000 as an additional subsidy for city bus operations. These approx. 31, 000, 000 DKK must cover additional costs by introducing hydrogen buses instead of diesel buses. The grants will be used to promote the municipality of Herningeneral budget for the city bus driver with approx. DKK 31, 000, 000 in the part of the contract period during which the JIVE project is running, ie. during the period 1.4.2020 31.12.2022.

Herning Municipality, at the same time as this offer, offers a contract for the establishment of a hydrogen tanker station and the supply of hydrogen to the hydrogen buses, where the hydrogen will be made available to the bus company without charge. Contract amount over counterthe ten-year tenure period for this contract forms the basis for Herning Municipality's choice between page A and B-page B. The starting point is that Herning Municipality will choose auxiliary offers A hydrogen buses, safely the total estimated contract amount over a contract period of 10 is the most economically advantageous offer on page A, with the addition of the contract price-over the contract period of 10 years for the establishment of a hydrogen tanker station and the supply of hydrogen to the hydrogen buses does not exceed the estimated contractual amount over the contract period for 10 years for the economically most advantageous offer on page b offers B diesel buses with more than approx. 31, 000, 000 DKK. However, in the decision-making process, Herning Municipality will involve all budgetary considerations in relationfor the operation of the city bus driver. Herning Municipality therefore reserves the right to select auxiliary offer A, although the contract price for this option and the establishment of a fuel tank station incl. The supply of hydrogen exceeds the contract value for page b offered by more than approx. DKK 31, 000, 000, safely the prices in the offer are generally lower than expected, as the municipality of Herning reserves the right to chooseside offer B, although the prices for this option are less than approx. 31, 000, 000 DKK cheaper than the contract price for page bids A with the addition of the installation of the fuel tank station incl. supply of hydrogen, safer prices are higher than expected.

The following applies to page-based offers A-hydrogen buses: The project receives funding from the EU project JIVE, receiving support from FCH JUunder grant agreement No. 735582.

Tenderer must be authorized to perform the duties in the form of either an authorization pursuant to section 1 (1) of the Bus Act. 1 (ground permit) and permission for the required number of buses.

Tenderers are advised that potentially significant changes may be made to the tender documents as part of the negotiations, as Midttrafik reserves the right to aDo not negotiate all parts of the tender documents unless expressly stated that part of the tender documents will not be the subject of negotiations.
