Installation, Rental, Maintenance and Maintenance of Toilet Facilities built-in PMR with automatic maintenance with universal access and sanitary wareExisting sites:

Main Site: Fort-de-France.

The present market is a single market, its purpose is:

- the installation, rental, maintenance and upkeep of 7 public sanitary facilities accessible to PRMs. automatic maintenance with universal access on the territory of the commune of Fort-de-France, and more specifically:

- installation of a device of built-in toilet PMR being in a cabanPlace of the Hotel de Ville,

- installation of 2 built-in toilet devices PMR found in the 2 cabanas located in front of the Savane (rue de la Liberte),

- installation of a toilet self-contained PMR in a shed located at the Place de l `Registration (rue Moreau de Jonnes),

- a built-in toilet device located at the seaside - Fort-de-France 97200,

- un self-contained washroom place Monseigneur Romero (angle Victor Schœlcher / Antoire Siger street), Fort de-France 97200,

- an independent toilet device located on Paulette Nardal square (between boulevard G. de Gaulle / rue Vicotr Hugo) Fort -de-France, 97200 the depose of:

- 4 devices of autonomous toilets being in the 2 cabanons located in front of the savannah (street of Liberte),

- a device of autonomous toilet being in the shed located place of the Registration,

- a device of independent toilet being in the shed located place of the Hotel de Ville.

A declaration on the honor attesting that the candidate is not subject to one of the bidding prohibitions as defined in Articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-5 and L. 2141-7 to L. 2141-11 of thepublic procurement code and that it is in compliance with Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers. The delivery of a DC1 or a DUME will be worth a declaration on the honor.

Declaration concerning the overall turnover of the candidate and the turnover of the field of activity object of the market relating to the Last 3 exavailable depending on the date of creation of the company or the beginning of the business, to the extent that turnover information is available. This declaration may be incorporated in form DC2 or equivalent document. The candidate will be able to prove his financial capacity by any other document considered as equivalent by the contracting authority if heobjectively in the impossibility of producing any of the information requests relating to its financial capacity. The proposal for variants is authorized: minimum requirements: the deposit of the existing is mandatory, the number of sanitary facilities to be implanted must remainnchange, the candidate will be able to propose the installation of sanitary facilities in the respect of the norms. All proposals for variants will have the objectives of reducing the time required to install sanitary facilities. Presentation of free variants: candidates will be able to present a variant proposal without presenting a basic offer.
