CPV Description: Provision of language courses in English, German, French, Russian and Czech language The subject of public contracts entitled "Ensuring language courses in English, German, French, Russian and Czech language" is the provision of services which, moreover, English, German, French, Russian, and Czech language to the employees of the Ministryrava and GSA European GNSS Agency staff to improve and enhance their language skills, ie to improve their ability to express themselves, to master the skills of the Main Site: At the site of the sponsor. (lecturers) provide lecturers of the English language at the linguistic ranges established by the Common European Reference Framework for A1, A2, B1, B2, C1-and C2 in the form of group and individual training, in person at the contracting authority's premises to the extent necessary to meet this public procurement evenly throughout its duration. The public procurement will be completed for 5 years and the assurance of language training will be 16896 hours for 27 groups and 21 for individual classes in each year.

The fulfillment of professional competence is demonstrated by the supplier submitting• a record of a commercial register or other similar register, if another legal regulation entered in such records requires • documents on the right to business under special legal regulations to the extent corresponding to the subject of a public offer, especially a document proving the relevant trade license in the field of extra-school education and training, courses, training, including lecturing activities-Article 4 of Regulation No. 278/2008 Coll., on the contents of individual trades, in the wording of later regulations. The above-mentioned documents proving professional competence pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the Act (ie a record from a commercial register or other similar register) must prove the fulfillment of the required eligibility criteria no later than 3 months prior to the commencement of the opening procedure.
