Framework agreement for protective equipment (mask and various PPE):

Gas mask with theftn with air adduction: the minimum estimated quantity for the framework agreement 75 pieces, the maximum estimated quantity for the framework agreement 152 pieces.

1) Declaration on eligibility the provisions of art. 177 para. (1) and (2) of Law 99/2016 on sectoral acquisitions];
2) Statement regarding non-compliance with the provisions of art. 178 paragraph (1) and para. (2) and art. 180 paragraph (1) of Law 99/2016 on sectoral acquisitions;
3) Declaration regarding non-compliance with the provisions of art. 73 of Law 99/2016 is presented by bidders, associate bidders, third party supporters, subcontractors. In order to complete this declaration we specify that the persons with decision functions within the contracting authority, who approve / sign thecomments issued in connection with or for the award procedure are:

The persons involved in organizing, carrying out and completing the present procurement procedure: Bogdan Cirstea, Flavius Marcus, Erwin
Wagner, Andrei Mihaly, Bogdan- Marin Ciuca, Patrichi Stefan Valentin, Gheorghita Furtuna, Angela Vasile, Gheorghe Alin Urcan, Gheorghe Toma, Marius Mate.
Mode by which the fulfillment of the requirements can be demonstrated: the bidders, the third party supporters and the subcontractors must not be found in the situations provided in art. 177, 178, 180, 73 of Law no. 99/2016 regarding sectoral acquisitions. The DUAE will be completed, according to ANAP Notification no. 240/2016, by the economic operators participanti to the award procedure with the information related to their situation (the bidders, third party supporters and subcontractors).
The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the ones assumed by completing the DUAE, will be presented, at the request of the contracting entity, only for the bidders who have admissible and compliant offers., at the end of the evaluation. The supporting documents will fand presented only by the bidders ranked on the first 3 places in the intermediate ranking prepared at the end of the evaluation of the bids;
4) Information on the associations (if any) according to art. 199 of Law 99/2016: in case a group of economic operators associates to submit a joint bid, they must meet individually the requirements regarding eligibility and registration.egistration and, cumulatively, the requirements regarding the technical and / or professional capacity, by taking into account the resources of all the members of the group. All requirements that do not refer to the technical and / or professional capacity, must be met individually by each associate. The association can benefit from the support of a third party regarding the fulfillment of the criteria regardingeconomic and financial situation and / or technical and professional capacity. The bidder, if it is made up of an association in which several economic operators participate, will sign a declaration obliging that if his offer is declared a winner he will legalize the association and the legalized association contract will be presented. before the contracting entity, dattached to the signing of the contract. The DUAE will be completed, according to ANAP Notification no. 240/2016, by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The contracting entity does not want to limit the number of candidates and does not use pre-selection criteria.
The offer must be submitted for 1 or more lots.
The criterion of atreimbursement will only apply to the admissible tenders.
Information related to the award of the framework agreement: will be signed the framework agreement only with the first 3 bidders ranked on the places 1, 2, 3, according to the score obtained by applying the award criterion.

If the number of economic operators who met the qualification and selection criteria and submitted admissible offers is smaller than the number indicated in the present documentation the contracting entity in accordance with art. 95 paragraph (8) of Law no. 99/2016 regarding the sectoral acquisitions will be able to continue the procedure only with the one / acthey are the candidate (s) who meets the criteria requested
