Framework agreement with single-order purchase orders, with a fixed minimum in quantity and without a maximum of 4 years from the date of notification of the agreement. in accordance with Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relative to the public markets.

In accordance with article 53 of the 2016-360 decree of 25.3.2016, the candidates are not obliged to provide the supporting documents and means of proof that the buyer can obtain directly. through an electronic system for the provision of information administered by an official body or a digital storage space, the application file contains all the information necessary to consult this system or this space and that the access to them is free.

Each tenderer has the possibility to deposit the various certificates and attestations on the flat (PLACE) through its supplier record so that the contracting authority can obtain them directly.

DIf the hypothesis or the documents are not available on the State Procurement Platform (PLACE), the successful candidate must provide these documents within 2 weeks of receipt of the request for service ( Noti1). Any question must be sent to the Rambouillet finance shopping platform via the PLACE, no later than 15 (fifteen) calendar days before the deadline date.receipt of tenders. Replies and supplementary information shall be published on PLACE no later than 6 (six) calendar days before the deadline for the receipt of tenders.

For subsequent questions, the public body shall not be obliged to reply and the tenderer will not be able to take advantage of it to postpone the time of reception of the offers.It requires candidates to use electronic transmission via the portal www.marchespublics.gouv.fr for the submission of tenders, except for samples.
