Multi-beneficiary framework agreement with subsequent contracts relating to the rental, administrative, technical, accounting and financial management of intermediate housing

The subject of the framework agreement and subsequent contracts to be concluded on its basis relate to rental, administrative, technical management services, accounting and financial of the assets of the Intermediate Housing Company carried by SAS Solinter Actifs 1.

Main Site: Ile-de-France.

Lot n 1 of the framework agreement relates to rental, administrative management services, technical, accounting and financial of the dwellings managed by Solinter Assets 1 for the area.

The beneficiaries will be responsible for ensuring real estate managementmanagement, rental, technical, accounting and financial of the real estate assets acquired by the investment company.

This mission includes in particular:

- under administrative management: insurance underwriting, legal and contentious treatment, management relations with third parties and with administrations, negotiation and signing of supply contractstures and services, the constitution of a permanent building file, reporting to the client, storage and communication of parts,

- under rental management: marketing of buildings, management of leases, invoicing, recovery of rents and accessories,

- for technical management: compliance with security obligations, monitoringivi maintenance and works, management of works, if necessary, delegated project management services,

- in terms of accounting and financial management: establishing an annual budget for each building, the execution and the sub-annual financial reporting, the final stop of the receipts and the charges.
